What makes me a divine woman is the transformative journey that led to the
creation of my business. Fueled by a burning desire for a better way, I started as a personal trainer and yoga teacher at a fitness facility.
Despite my love for the work, the restrictive hours, inadequate wages, and a rigid client approach pushed me to the brink after seven years. Rather than conforming, I chose to step away and created my own traveling wellness business!
Over four years, I relished the freedom and empowerment that came with owning something truly mine.
But as life evolves, so did my aspirations. Recognizing the need for a greater impact, I transitioned from offline to online, spending five years mastering the digital landscape.
In 2020, circumstances nudged me into the virtual realm entirely, reigniting my passion for growth. Now, I stand on the cusp of a new chapter: business coaching. Yet, it's not just any coaching—it's tailored for health and wellness professionals venturing into the online space.
My devotion to the fitness industry and empowering women like myself sets me apart. I am driven by a deep passion to help others embrace technology, enabling them to create not just one stream of income but many.
The online space is a realm of limitless opportunities, and having treaded that path myself,
I am prepared to guide other women toward becoming strong, independent, and confident business owners in this ever-expanding field.
This journey is not just a testament to my resilience but a reflection of my commitment to empowering others on their paths to success.

The story of strength, survival, and hardship that I've overcome in my entrepreneurial journey is a testament to the resilience required to navigate the unpredictable terrain of business ownership. Twice I've had to restart my business within the health and wellness field—from leaving a secure job with provided clients to striking out on my own, to transitioning from offline to online client acquisition.
Each transition demanded resilience and adaptability. Initially, securing clients in the offline space was challenging, but as I transitioned to the virtual realm, I faced resistance from clients accustomed to in-person sessions. Navigating this shift required me to learn new strategies for online client acquisition while rebuilding my business from the ground up.
Throughout these trials, I confronted the harsh reality of financial uncertainty and the emotional toll of rebuilding.
Yet, in moments of struggle, I found solace in the unwavering belief that persistence is the cornerstone of pursuing one's passion. With each setback, I reaffirmed my commitment to the journey, knowing that if I could overcome adversity once, I could do so again.
Now, on the brink of yet another transition—from health and fitness coach to wellness business mentor—I draw upon the lessons of determination, drive, and presence that have guided me thus far...
As I prepare to empower fellow health and wellness professionals in their leap into the online space, I recognize that success is not just about ambition—it's about patience, compassion, and embracing the present moment.
In essence, my journey has taught me that while entrepreneurship isn't for the faint of heart, it rewards those who persevere with the sweet fruits of personal and professional growth.
