What makes you a "Divine Woman in Business? ✨What is your story?


What makes me a "Divine Woman in Business" is my commitment to meeting people where they are in their mental health journey. After opening my own mental health therapy office, I quickly recognized that not everyone is ready to dive into therapy right away.


This realization inspired me to create workbooks and programs that are relatable and easy to use, providing tools for personal growth and success outside the traditional therapy setting.


By offering these resources, I aim to empower individuals to take the first steps towards healing and self-improvement at their own pace.


My story is one of understanding that success in mental health is not one-size-fits-all, and my mission is to make mental wellness accessible and achievable for everyone.


"What is a story of strength, survival or hardship you have overcome and what did that teach you?


I’ve faced my fair share of challenges, but one that stands out is my ongoing struggle with anxiety and self-doubt.

There were times when these feelings felt overwhelming, making me question my worth and abilities. But through it all, I learned that the key to overcoming these struggles lies in embracing who I am and committing to continuous self-improvement.


By taking the time to understand my triggers and practicing self-compassion, I began to see my anxiety not as a weakness, but as something I could manage and grow from. I created routines that nurtured my mental health, surrounded myself with supportive people, and set boundaries to protect my peace.


As time goes on I have continued to teach myself where true strength comes from acknowledging my vulnerabilities and working through them.

It's an ongoing process, but each step forward brings more clarity, confidence, and self-acceptance.

"What advice would you give to other women to succeed as "Divine Women" in their lives?"


To succeed as "Divine Women" in your life, here are my top 3 tips:


Tip #1: Prioritize Yourself:


Make self-care a non-negotiable part of your routine. You can’t pour from an empty cup, so ensure you're filling yours regularly by setting boundaries and dedicating time to your mental, physical, and emotional well-being.


Tip #2: Establish a Routine:


Consistency is the foundation of progress. Create a daily routine that aligns with your goals and values. Whether it’s a morning ritual, workout, or meditation, stick to it, and watch how it transforms your life.


Tip #3: Embrace Your Authenticity:


Own who you are unapologetically. Your unique strengths, quirks, and experiences make you powerful. Embrace them and let them shine in every aspect of your life. When you show up as your true self, you inspire others to do the same.
