What makes you a "Divine Woman in Business? ✨What is your story?
Being a successful woman in business as an indie author and artist for me required a combination of talent, hard work, determination, and creativity.
I had the ability to create compelling content and market and promote it effectively to reach a wider audience.
In addition to these skills, I also had to (and in some ways still do) overcome the challenges and obstacles of being a young woman entrepreneur in such a competitive industry.
Many successful creatives have had to learn to be resourceful, resilient, and adaptable in order to thrive in their chosen field, and so have I.
Overall, I needed to have the courage to pursue my passion, the persistence to overcome obstacles, and the creativity to stand out from the crowd!
"What is a story of strength, survival or hardship you have overcome and what did that teach you?
As a young black woman who aspires to succeed in business, I have often faced various challenges and hardships. One of the most significant obstacles is systemic racism and sexism, which sometimes makes it difficult for me to gain access to opportunities and resources.
Despite these challenges, I continue to overcome adversity and achieve great success in business. With my family's support, I persevered and worked hard to develop my skills and build my career.
This teaches me that, while it may be difficult to overcome systemic barriers, it is possible to achieve great things with hard work, determination, and a willingness to take risks. I am one of many women’s stories of resilience and strength, and I hope to inspire all who look like me and face adversity in their pursuit of success.
"What advice would you give to other women to succeed as "Divine Women" in their lives?"
1. I understand the importance of empowering women to succeed in their lives.
Being a "Divine Woman" means embracing your inner strength and taking charge!
Ask for help: It's okay to ask for help when needed. No one can do everything alone; sometimes, asking for help can be the key to success. Whether it's asking for advice from mentors, family, or colleagues, recognizing when you need assistance can be a powerful tool.
2. Take your time: Success is not a race! Doing things right can lead to better outcomes. Don't rush into decisions or projects without taking the time to consider all options. Taking a moment to step back, reflect, and plan can help you make the best choices for yourself and your goals.
3. Believe in your work, talent, and skills: Confidence is key to success! Trust me!
Believing in yourself and your abilities can help you achieve your goals. Recognize your strengths, and don't be afraid to showcase them. Celebrate your successes no matter how small, learn from your failures, and always remember that you can achieve greatness.
